The 6th China Created Fair Saudi and The 31st Jedda International Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as "CCFS"), jointly sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China , KAC International Exhibition Group Limited , jointly organized by Department of Commerce of Anhui Province , Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province,Department of Commerce of Shandong Province,Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province , Jinhua Municipal People's Government,Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce , Qingdao Bureau of Commerce , China Council For The Promotion of International Trade Electronics & information Industry Sub-council , Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai , China Council for the Promotion of lnternational Trade Jinhua Committee,Anhui Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export ,  Zhongshan Semiconductor Lighting Industry Association , Kanchen International Exhibition Group Limited (in no particular order)  ,  jointly organized by Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and Shanghai Kanchen Exhibition Co.,LTD was held in Jeddah Centre for Forums & Events from December 18 to 20, 2019, and had a great sucessful。

1.Overall Situation

CCFS actively responded to the strategic concept of building the " Silk Road economic belt" and the " the Belt and Road Initiative" of the 21st century "Maritime Silk Road" put forward by general secretary Xi JinPing, and built a trade platform for Chinese enterprises to explore the Middle East market.

The kingdom of Saudi Arabia is located on the Arabian peninsula, bordering the red sea in the west, the Persian gulf in the east, Oman and yemen in the south, Jordan, Iraq and Kuwait in the north, Qatar and the united Arab emirates in the east, and connected with the king fahd bridge and bahrain, with a land area of 2.25 million square kilometers and a population of 30 million. Saudi Arabia is the largest and most populous country in the gulf region and the world's largest oil reserve and producer.

The two peoples enjoy a long history of friendly exchanges. More than 2,000 years ago, camel caravans from both sides traveled along the ancient silk road, creating an exciting era of mutually beneficial trade and mutual learning between civilizations. Since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1990, bilateral relations have entered a new stage of development. Since the establishment of strategic and friendly relations in 2008, china-saudi Arabia relations have developed by leaps and bounds and pragmatic cooperation in various fields has scored new achievements. In particular, President xi jinping's visit to Saudi Arabia in 2016 and king salman's visit to China in 2017 have opened a new chapter in the building of the "comprehensive strategic partnership" between the two countries.

The CCFS on 17 p.m. on December 18, 2019 in Jeddah Centre for Forums & Events, the grand opening of the international exhibition center. Consul general of the Consulate –General of the People 's Republic of China in Jeddah Tan Banglin, Tan Banglin, Saudi Arabia, jeddah commerce will H.E.K halaf Hosan Al Otaibi deputy head, the commercial counsellor's Chinese consulate general in jeddah Ma Wei counsellor, director of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China foreign trade development council ZhuShuHai, Saudi harry xi group President Hadi, anhui provincial department of commerce Xu Ziyue director, ccpit xu, vice President of zhongshan city, Qingdao city business bureau, liaocheng city business bureau, ccpit and jinhua ccpit and other leaders attended the opening ceremony and cut the ribbon!

Mr. Al-otaibi, vice chairman of the Saudi jeddah chamber of commerce and industry, said that this year marks the 29th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Saudi Arabia and bilateral economic and trade exchanges enjoy a sound momentum of development. He spoke highly of the friendly relations between Saudi Arabia and China and stressed that Saudi Arabia attaches importance to and is willing to further deepen the friendly cooperation with China in various fields.

The buyer registration

According to the data from the on-site registration system of the exhibition, 15,868 professional visitors from 12 countries including Saudi Arabia, uae, India, Morocco, Palestine, yemen, Oman, Jordan, Egypt and Sudan came to visit and negotiate related business, with the transaction amount of us $18.56 million and the intended transaction amount of us $148 million. The exhibitors were satisfied with the effect of the exhibition, and got to know the information of the next exhibition one after another. The exhibition created a sensation in Saudi Arabia, and radiated to neighboring countries such as Egypt, Sudan, Jordan, Iraq and the united Arab emirates, achieving the purpose of displaying the image of Chinese products and promoting economic and trade cooperation.

As the largest and the only exhibition of Chinese brands in Saudi Arabia, the saudi-made exhibition of Chinese brands has become an important platform for business exchanges between China and Saudi Arabia and even the whole Middle East region. CCTV Arabic channel, Saudi TV, local newspapers and online media have reported the grand opening of the exhibition, as well as the Chinese and Saudi guests attending the exhibition after the opening ceremony.

2. The characteristics of summary

The CCFS has the following characteristics:

(I) the international nature of the exhibition is fully reflected by the presence of Chinese exhibitors as the leading force and the invitati on of exhibitors from other countries.

Half of the enterprises in the exhibition are from China, and the international exhibition area includes exhibitors from the united Arab emirates, Turkey, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Morocco and Pakistan. It not only provides opportunities for Chinese companies to find buyers and explore the Saudi market, but also strengthens learning and exchanges with overseas exhibitors in the international exhibition area.

(ii) to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the exhibition and jeddah chamber of commerce and industry

During the CCFS, the "Enterprise matchmaking of China Created Fair Saudi" was held at 11 am on the 19th at the jeddah chamber of commerce and industry. There were 142 Chinese enterprises participating in the exhibition and 368 Saudi purchasing enterprises participating in the event, which set up a platform for on-site negotiation between Chinese and Saudi enterprises, expanded new ways of cooperation and achieved fruitful results. To jeddah will commerce secretary general Mr. MAZIN, the commercial counsellor's Chinese consulate general in jeddah Ma Wei counsellor, director of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China foreign trade development council ZhuShuHai, anhui province business hall Xu Ziyue director, xu, vice President of ccpit, zhongshan city, Qingdao city business bureau, liaocheng city business bureau, and ccpit jinhua ccpit and other leaders attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The successful holding of the matchmaking meeting enables the exhibitors to get in touch with high-quality purchasers before the exhibition, which has been unanimously recognized and praised.

In Exhibition

(iii) expand the scale of the exhibition and adjust the setting of the exhibition area to facilitate the connection between buyers and sellers

The exhibition is divided into five exhibition areas: building materials and construction machinery, industrial and mechanical equipment, consumer electronics and home appliances, auto parts and accessories, textile leather and consumer goods.

Considering the Saudi Arabia and other Middle East customers used to seeing the sample clinch a deal, not used to look at the characteristics of the sample pictures, technical data, clinch a deal, we suggest exhibitors with real exhibits, owing to the rise in the cost of real participation can make the enterprise, in order to reduce the burden of, all the organizers to coordinate relevant departments in the limited exhibition support fund support, subsidies for exhibitors most of the transportation cost. There are altogether 182 cubic meters in this exhibition, and 5 containers of exhibits are transported to jeddah exhibition for display. Thanks to the efforts of all parties, the exhibition has greatly improved its visibility, interactivity and interest, creating a good atmosphere for on-site negotiation of enterprises. Many exhibitors specially for this exhibition to make exquisite promotional samples and small gifts.

(v) the number of buyers increases, the region expands, and the radiation force increases

A total of 15,868 professional visitors from 12 countries including Saudi Arabia, uae, India, Morocco, Palestine, yemen, Oman, Jordan, Egypt and Sudan were registered to visit the exhibition.

With the careful planning of the host team and the support and cooperation of all parties, the exhibition ended successfully. The effect of the whole exhibition is far beyond our expectation.
